No return of articles is possible for items that have been possibly stored in a shop enviroment and will decided by an examination of the articles. Furthermore, you may be obliged to pay the balance of the cost, according to the decision. Postal packages are subject to our fees and are at your own risk. Non-postable packages are to be collected by the customer in person. Refunds are issued within 30 days. This period of time begins upon receipt of your written cancellation.

2.Methods of Payment

A: Payment in Advance

Upon receipt of payment, an itemized receipt of all items purchased and delivery costs will be sent to the purchaser. The final amount as stated with the order number is to be transferred to the following bank account:

B: Cash-On-Delivery

Cash-on-delivery is possible through the postal service. Please note, that an additional charge for this methiod of transaction, Euro 4,00, is to be paid to the delivery-person at the time of delivery. At present, payment by Cash-on-Delivery is only available within Germany.

4. Delivery

All sent goods remain the property of JAHSOULJAH until payment in full has been received. Depending on availabliity , the goods should be delivered within three to ten working days.

Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation E-Mail will be sent to the purchaser. In the case of changes to an order, please include both the order and customer number.

5.Prices

All prices are stated as the final retail price, inclusive of V.A.T.

6.Garment Care

To avoid damaging your garment, wash inside out, at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron on the reverse side and do not tumble dry. We do not accept responsibility for improperly handled garments.

7.Colour

We have made every effort to ensure accuracy in displaying the colour of the original items. However, as colour reproduction varies depending on the calibration of each monitor, we therefore cannot guarantee a one hundred percent accurate representation.

8.Other Conditions

Conditions as per law of the Federal Republic of Germany also apply. The validity of the individual international consumer rights (UNCITRAL- agreement) remain. Should one or more stipulations be in-effective,

In the case that the purchaser is not the end-customer, then § 13 BGB applies, excluding the applicable laws governing the district of Günzburg.
